Some of the varities we offer are:       Ham Croquettes:   Mashed potato, serrano ham, and a hint of gorgonzala cheese.     Beef Croquettes:   Made with sirloin beef, peppers, onions, and Spanish spices.     Chicken Croquettes:   Made with chicken breast and thighs, peppers, onions, and Spanish spices.
